Meet the Team at Solconnective
Carissa is an NDIS Support Coordinator at Solconnective. She has been working in the mental heath and disability sector for the past 14 years. She started her journey as an in-home aged care / disability support worker, assisting people with physical and intellectual disabilities. She soon found herself supporting people with mental illness, ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD. Mental Heath and Neurodiversity has been her passion and specialty ever since. She is an avid animal lover and has a great sense of humor. Carissa also loves Sharks and has been cage diving with Great Whites in South Australia.
CARISSA MCBEAD
Dallas is an NDIS Support Coordinator and Art Workshop Coordinator at Solconnective. He has been supporting people within the mental health community for 13 years. Dallas also has a background in creative arts across a variety of disciplines, including fine arts, graphic design, arts education and mural painting.
Dallas has been working as a Support Coordinator since the introduction of the NDIS on the Sunshine Coast.
